1818 San Marco Project Update

This week at the 1818 San Marco project, progress continued across multiple areas. The site received a thorough clean-up, while electricians focused on panel F and the main disconnect. The HVAC subcontractor successfully set Unit 4, and fire alarm rough-in work also took place. On the exterior, the roofer installed the drip edge, followed by a roof inspection to keep everything on track.

Looking ahead to next week, roofing metal is expected to arrive by mid to late week. If it’s delivered on time, the roofer plans to begin running off the metal on Thursday. Meanwhile, the HVAC team is scheduled to install additional units, and we’re currently awaiting the final sprinkler permit to move that phase of the project forward.
